By the number of units you manage. Each plan covers a band of units at one monthly price, so adding a tenant or a team member inside your band does not change what you pay.
A unit is anything you let separately: a flat, an apartment, a house, a room let on its own lease or a commercial unit. Parking spaces and storage rented with a unit are part of that unit.
Letting tells you when you reach the limit of your plan. You move up to the next plan from your account, and the new price applies from that moment, prorated.
Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months: $588 instead of $708 on Landlord, $1,884 instead of $2,268 on Agency and $4,488 instead of $5,388 on Portfolio.
No. There is no onboarding fee and no unit minimum on any plan. You import your units by CSV and start the same day.

Yes. Move up or down between plans from your account at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
