Property inventory software for UK letting agents

In the UK, the start-of-tenancy record is usually called an inventory, or an inventory and schedule of condition. Letting works as property inventory software: the move-in inspection lists each room, its fixtures, fittings and contents, their condition and photos, and the tenant signs the report.
